| Buying a Home
So you have decided to buy a new home. The first
thing you should do is decide on what you're looking for in a home. You can
start by establishing some priorities:
Location: Are you relocating because of a
new job, or to be closer to your current job? How will the location of schools,
shops, and transportation affect your decision?
Wants and Needs: How large of a home do you
need? What style home do you prefer? On what kind of lot? Depending on where
you live, you may have a choice of homes in many styles and settings.
Budget: How much do you prefer to spend?
We have several forms that are helpful in comparing
homes. When making this decision it is best to take advantage of all forms
of information available to you. The newspaper, the local Real Estate Magazine
and the Internet are useful tools. As a realtor our licensed
agents have access
to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The MLS has almost all of the available
properties in the area and we have access to these properties and can sell
any of these properties.

of our agents who will assist you in your home search with no cost to
you.
