Text Box: As CEO of the Furman Company, in 1983, Henry Garrison wrote and managed a 5-year plan, which doubled the size of the company and tripled the income. He was also responsible as Broker/Dealer for the Furman Investment Company, a separate entity specializing in the sale of limited partnership entities. 
In 1990, Henry left The Furman Company to organize his own firm, specializing in residential and commercial brokerage and development. 
Henry still specializes in commercial brokerage, development, and spends much of his time as a consultant for one of the large municipal entities. With an eye on real estate as an investment, Henry still places income properties of various sizes and styles with serious investors, usually targeting the $250,000.00-$5,000,000.00 range.
