Caesar’s Head Getaway

The picture of pastoral bliss, the slopes and woods and pasturelands of the Table Rock area

invite strollers, bikers and passing traffic to a moment of visual peace.

The Caesar’s Head Community has been a well kept secret since the 1920’s. It’s private and immeasurably peaceful. Our home was built in the 1930’s, and was completely renovated in 1996. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 double beds (total), as well as an extra room with a single day bed.

Less than a mile from the house! One of the high spots of the Upcountry in beauty and distance visibility as well as elevation. At 3,208 feet, this park, with its rocky promontories, visitor’s center and hiking trails, is the hub of the state’s Mountain Bridge Recreation and Wilderness Area. Barring fog and haze, an eagle’s eye view here scans the great sweep of the Blue Ridge. North about a mile on the highway is the parking area for the two-mile trail to Raven Cliff Falls.
