 ·           Brokered Tex Small’s 30,000 square foot Winn-Dixie shopping center in   Simpsonville to local investment group.

 ·           Sold Landrum and Greer, S.C. Community Cash shopping centers for Thornwell Orphanage.

 ·           Assembled two 50,000 square foot office buildings in Greenville for Mortgage Growth

·           Real Estate Investor. Transactions totaled over $4,200,000.00.

 ·           Brokered sale of 40,000 square foot shopping center behind Haywood Mall to local investor. Sale            of  $2,950,000.00.

 ·           Consulted with Owner regarding use and  leased over 10,000 square foot of office space at 1900 Building, Augusta Road, when space had been vacant for 4 years. Leases were valued at over $250,000.

 ·           Consulted and later brokered 8-acre commercial tract near Holly Tree County Club at $505,000 for a group of local investors and handled the subdivision and marketing for the subsequent business park.

 ·           Consulted with owner of 3.1 acres on Haywood Road and created Haywood Professional Park, a 5 lot commercial subdivision and brokered 1st lot to Prudential and sold balance of land to local developers. 

·           Consulted with San Francisco CA investors on 1031 Exchange and subsequently placed 44-unit apartment project in Greenville’s N. Main area from Ward Stone to San Francisco Investors. 

·           Brokered 23,000 square foot shopping center on Woodruff Rd. for local investors. 

·            Consulted with owners, developed marketing strategy and handled the sale of 25 Davenport condominiums in downtown Greenville at a total sales price of $1,125,000. 

·           Site selection for Schlotsky’s Deli’s Eastside location. 

·           Site selection for GAB Rollins Business Service’s new Greenville Corporate offices. 

·           Represented Lumber Insurance Company in their search for a new office location. Secured 5,200 square feet in the UCB building in Greer, $600,000 transaction. 

·           Sold former Avis site on W. Pleasantburg for Atlanta developer. 

·           Relocated Wolf Camera’s Haywood Mall store to The Promenade @ Haywood. 

·           Consulted with several investors regarding 1031 Exchanges and subsequently placed 7 Triplexes and Quadraplexes totaling over $1.6 million at Foxfield Commons in Greer, South Carolina. 

·           Real Estate consultant for 9 years with the School District of Greenville County to provide site selection and brokerage services. 

·           Sold 10,000 square foot multi-tenant office building for local investor. 

·           Consulted with owners and implemented a re-development plan and leasing for Park Center in Easley, S.C., total value of $3,000,000. 

·           Consulted with owners and implemented re-development and re-leasing of Peachtree Shopping Center in Greer, S.C. ($2,500,000) 

·           Handled with Partner re-development and leasing of 120,000 square foot Westowne Shopping Center in Berea. 

·           Partnership with Westover Investors Corp, Peachtree Investors Corp, and Augusta Rd Investors Corp, over 170,000 square feet of retail and residential space-Greenville, SC. 

·           Provided Property management and leasing service for the Daniel Building and the Bank of America building. 

·           Sold 5 strip shopping centers totaling 650,000 square feet. for Easley/Greenville Developers to New York Investment Group. 

·           Consulted with owners and handled renovations, re-development and leasing of Pleasantburg Plaza on Pleasantburg Drive, in Greenville, SC. 

·           Development agent for 25 South Business Center, a 20 acre business Park in Moonville SC. (3 of 7 sites sold for over $275,000) 

·           Development agent for Holly Center on Highway 14 at Holly Tree.  Sold 5 of 9 sites for medical purposes.  Project and sales valued at over $3,000,000. 

·           Sold Old Tryon St School in Greer, SC for $1,250,000 (was appraised at $500,000). 

·           Sold former Duncan’s Home Center on Augusta Road ($675,000).  

·           Various consulting jobs for larger as well as smaller clients including: 

·           Setting budgets with sinking funds regime for new condo/townhome projects;

 ·           Handle appeals for client tax reassessment. (11 appeals – all successful)

 ·           Exclusively handled 4 new site selections for Seneca, South Carolina based financial corporation.

 ·           Leased Butler Station to 100% prior to its completion (over 15,000 sq.ft)

 ·           Consulted with client regarding vacant land investments in Moonville. Procured 10-acre tract in Moonville. Clients paid $17,000 per acres.  1 ½ years later we sold 4 of the 10 acres to a developer for enough money to re-coupe our clients entire investment. After 2 ½ years, the balance of 6 acres was sold for $55,000 per acre.
