Finding The Right Agent
There are a great number of agents in the Greenville
Area from which to choose. It is important to choose an agent that will respect
and understand your needs. The Real Estate business is changing daily and
it is important to have an agent that can give you every advantage available
to you in this new age of technology. Our agents are full time agents. Real
Estate is their only business and they fully understand the importance
of being proficient in each phase of the new Real Estate technologies.
Until recent years, virtually all real estate agents
involved in a given transaction worked for the seller. However, a growing
number of today's home buyers are choosing to be represented by a "buyer's
agent." In contrast to traditional agents, a buyer's agent represents the
buyer in the real estate transaction. In the state of South Carolina
the prospective buyer must make the choice as whether
to be represented as a "client" or as a "customer" of the broker. This
is done by signing an Agency Disclosure. An Agency Disclosure is
in no way a contract. According to South Carolina Real Estate Law you
must make that decision. Should you decide not to obtain a client relationship
with an agent you are not represented and the agent is representing the seller.
Should you decide to establish a "client relationship" an additional form
is required establishing buyer agency. This is a legal contract. We
will be glad to fully explain this law to you in detail.
Just email

the information.
